Achieve faster, smarter results with personalised coaching tailored to your goals.

Set apart by the integration of premium sports-testing equipment, we combine subjective information with objective data, to provide athlete-level training for our members. Whether you’re looking for guidance and structure, or are training to achieve a specific goal, The Commons Health Club has the tools and expertise to get you there.
Through combining advanced testing with expert coaching and continuous progress tracking, we build a deeper understanding of your body to create a personalised plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and long-term success.
A 50-minute session designed to gather both qualitative and quantitative insights, allowing us to understand your unique profile. We assess key physical qualities such as strength, power, and mobility, while also screening for imbalances or injury risk.
Once your assessment session is complete, we consolidate your results into a custom health report outlining key focus areas and benchmarks. This report forms the foundation of your training approach and is used to create your unique, tailored four-week initial training program.
As you move into regular coaching, you’ll receive weekly programming and check-ins to support consistent progress. At the end of each training block, we will conduct re-testing in our assessment room to measure outcomes and refine the focus for your next block.

Designed as the entry point to our expert Personal Training experience. Built to refine technique, establish strong fundamentals and implement your tailored plan.
Set your direction with weekly personal training sessions. Your dedicated trainer will guide you through a structured, goal-driven program.
